Hypertension Management
& Cardiovascular Risk Reduction

Twice-weekly sessions combining progressive resistance and aerobic protocols have been proven to lower systolic blood pressure. Dietary and stress-reduction coaching are integrated throughout. Regular blood pressure monitoring and end-of-program status reports are automatically sent to your office.

Recommended Target (combined aerobic + resistance training, 120 min/week, supervised)

Systolic BP: ↓ 6–8 mmHg Diastolic BP: ↓ 4–5 mmHg

Pre-Diabetes & Type 2
Diabetes Management

Twice-weekly sessions with exercise sequencing designed to improve insulin sensitivity. Nutrition coaching aligned with ADA guidelines. Blood glucose and relevant biometrics tracked from baseline through program completion.
Recommended Target (combined aerobic + resistance training, 120 min/week, supervised)
A1C Reduction: 0.5–0.9%
Obesity & Weight Management
Three sessions per week – the most intensive program cadence – focused on body composition, muscle preservation, metabolic rate improvement, and sustainable behavioral change. Not a crash protocol. A clinical one.

Body Weight Loss: 9 – 13 lbs. Body Fat Reduction: 2 – 3 % Clinical Significance: 5 – 7% Body Weight Reduction
